At HERONIX, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If there is an issue with your order, please contact us within 3 days of receiving your order.

3-Day Return Policy

You may request a return within 3 days of delivery if:

  • You received a damaged product.

  • You received the wrong product.

  • The product has a manufacturing defect.

  • The product is materially different from the product ordered.

Return Conditions

To qualify for a return:

  • The return request must be made within 3 days of delivery.

  • The product must be returned in its original condition.

  • The product should include its original packaging and accessories where applicable.

  • The product must not show signs of misuse, intentional damage, or unauthorized modification.

Products returned without prior approval may not be accepted.

Non-Returnable Situations

A return may not be accepted where damage has resulted from:

  • Accidental damage or misuse.

  • Water or moisture exposure where the product is not advertised as water-resistant.

  • Scratches, dents, or physical damage caused after delivery.

  • Unauthorized repair or modification.

  • Normal wear and tear.

Refunds

Once the returned product is received and inspected, we will determine whether it qualifies for a refund or replacement.

If approved, the refund will be processed using an appropriate available method. The actual time for the refund to reach you may depend on the payment method or financial institution.

Exchange

Where applicable, HERONIX may offer an exchange instead of a refund for an eligible defective or incorrect product, subject to product availability.

Return Shipping

If the return is due to an incorrect, damaged, or defective product received from HERONIX, we will determine the appropriate return-shipping arrangement.

For other return requests, return shipping may be the customer's responsibility.
